Hello, my name is Novi Susanti, and I’m 37 years old from Indonesia. I’ve been working in Singapore for 12 years now. I have experience taking care of babies and children. My first employer was a Chinese family for 2 years, where I helped with their house and cared for their kids. Then I worked with another Chinese family for 9 years, focusing on a newborn and also doing house duties and cooking. My current employer is an American family, and I’ve been with them for 1 year and 9 months. I take care of their newborn and a 2-year-old toddler, which includes bathing them, preparing food, sending them to school, and grocery shopping.
