Olivia Zephti

Hello Ma’am and Sir, my name is Olivia Zephti. I am 32 years old, Indonesian, divorced, with one child. I have been working as a domestic helper for one year in Indonesia caring for children, and for four years in Singapore. I have been with my current employer for two years, a Chinese family living in an HDB property with two elderly and two adults. My main responsibility is caring for Sir, who has suffered a stroke and cannot walk. Each morning after breakfast, I bring him for exercise and sometimes accompany him to the hospital for therapy. He also has mild dementia, so I provide patient and attentive support. I also care for the family’s dog, taking it outside daily for walks and play. In addition, I manage household chores such as sweeping, mopping, ironing, marketing, and gardening, and I occasionally cook meals. My contract finishes on December 27, 2026. I consider myself patient, attentive, and encouraging. I respect my employer’s needs, respond clearly and respectfully, and take pride in keeping the home organized.
