Su Htet

Hi, I’m Su Htet. I’m from Myanmar, single, and 31 years old. I started working as a caregiver about 5 years ago. My first job was for a year, where I took care of a 3-year-old and a newborn. Then, I worked for another family for over a year, mainly with a newborn baby. Right now, I’m with my third employer, and I've been there for 2 years, looking after a child. I began when the child was just one and a half years old. At that time, they couldn’t sit, walk, talk, or eat on their own. I’ll be finishing my contract on March 25, 2027. My main job is to help the child develop, especially through daily exercises and activities. I also support them with movement, communication, and eating skills, depending on what they need. Besides this, I volunteer at NTUC, and I’m studying nursing at Master Training. I really want to learn more and gain practical experience in nursing and caregiving so I can become better at providing care for children and anyone else who needs it.
