Hello. I am Thet Thet, 34 years old from Myanmar. My first employer was an elderly 76‑year‑old man with diabetes, weak legs, and final-stage kidney cancer, weighing 111 kg. I am checking his sugar levels twice a day, giving insulin, monitoring vital signs, changing diapers and clothes, assisting transfers from wheelchair to bed, guiding exercise, administering medicine, preparing food, maintaining personal hygiene, and accompanying him outside for medical check‑ups. I worked with him for a year until his family decided to send him to a nursing home. My current/second employer is caring for an elderly 97‑year‑old woman weighing 85 kg, who suffers from hypertension, weak legs, and dementia. I managed all transfers, checked her vital signs, accompanied her outside using a wheelchair, maintained her personal hygiene, provided grooming and massage, guided exercise, and accompanied her to hospital check‑ups. I worked for a month, and I can transfer on July 5, 2026.
