Hello, my name is Thu Zar. I am 40 years old and from Myanmar. I have 8 years of experience as a domestic helper here, including 2 years with my current employer, a household of seven family members. My contract will finish on December 1, 2026. I have caregiving experience, including full‑time care for a 90‑year‑old dementia patient, handling showering, feeding, medication management, daily exercises, and doctor appointments. I have also cared for patients with breast cancer and prostate cancer, assisting with mobility and wheelchair transfers. In addition, I am experienced in childcare, looking after babies, toddlers, and children aged 2 to 9 years old.
