Hello! My name is Vergie. I’m Filipino, and I’m single. I’m 43 years old, and I’ve worked as a Domestic Helper in Singapore for 8 years now. I’ve been with my current employer for 2 years, looking after a family of 4. I’ll finish my contract on December 30, 2026. I take care of their kids, who are 6 and 8 years old. My day starts at 5:30 AM when I prepare their breakfast. After they leave for the day, I get started on the household chores. On Tuesdays, I do the marketing, and then I prepare lunch for the kids to take to school. I pick them up after school, and when we’re back home, I help them with their schoolwork while I prepare dinner. Around 5 PM, I take them to play at the playground, and then we have a shower around 5:30, followed by dinner at 6 PM. While they’re eating, I do some laundry and ironing. I wash the dishes and clean the kitchen before heading to bed. That's my typical daily routine. Thank you.
