Hi, I’m Juliet, I’m 33 years old and I’m married with three kids. I’ve been working as a nanny for about five years now and I’ve had the chance to work with two different families. The first family I worked with was British — a mom, dad, and their adorable six-year-old daughter. I stayed with them for two and a half years. My job included cleaning, ironing, and getting their daughter ready for school, as well as picking her up and helping with her homework. I also took her to the playground, played with her, and sometimes helped out in the kitchen. I’d even cook simple meals occasionally. The second family I worked with was from Serbia, and they had twins who were nine months old when I started. My role there was to take care of the twins, which included cleaning, ironing, doing laundry, organizing wardrobes, keeping the house in order, and feeding them. I was with that family for two years. After that, I worked with another family in England. They had five members, and I was one of two nannies there. I stayed with them for 4 months while working under my residence visa.
