My name is Karen. I’m Filipino and I’m 34 years old. Right now, I’m living in the United Arab Emirates. I’ve got 8 years of experience as a Domestic Helper, and I’ve worked with my current employer, an Emirati family with 2 adults and 1 child, for the past 4 years. My contract will finish on October 14, 2026.

In my job, I prepare healthy meals for the child, feed them, give them a shower, and make sure they stay clean and tidy. I also fix their hair, wash their baby clothes, and clean up their toys. I enjoy playing with them and keeping an eye on where they go. Sometimes, when the family is out, I help with some light housework like tidying up, cleaning, washing, and ironing.
