My name is Macky Macayanan, and I'm currently living in Dubai, UAE. I have over 9 years of experience in customer service, food and beverage, and hospitality. In my previous roles as a Barista and Cashier, I took care of customer orders, made beverages, handled cash transactions, and kept everything clean while providing great service.

I also worked as a Security Officer, where I was in charge of monitoring safety, helping guests, and dealing with emergencies when they came up. Right now, I’m taking a short course to become a Massage Therapist, which has really helped me with my communication skills, professionalism, and overall customer care. I'm a hard worker, a quick learner, and adaptable, so I'm always ready to pick up new skills. I handle pressure well and enjoy working with a team.
