My name is Jamirah, 27 years old, married, and a proud mom of three kids. I started working as a maid for a local family in the UAE back in 2022 and continued until 2024. That family had three adults and six kids aged between 11 and 20. My main responsibilities included cleaning and cooking. After I completed my contract, I took a vacation and returned in 2025, where I worked for another 1 year as a maid and nanny. I also cooked and helped look after younger kids aged 2, 3, and 4. Unfortunately, I didn’t finish that contract and switched to a cleaning company, but I was there for only about 6 to 7 months before the company closed due to the situation with the war. So, I was terminated and released on May 5, 2026, and now I'm looking for a new employer.
