In the process of selecting helpers, our center will interview each applicant and evaluate their characters and backgrounds. Selection is made according to their experience, ability, language level, character, merits, and health. Once selected, they are required to participate in a home-based training course for up to seven months, including baby care, elderly care, language training, and care for the disabled.
