Western family looking for a someone who loves kids and dogs

We are an Australian couple with a 6.5yo boy, 4yo girl and 10yo medium sized active dog.

We are looking for someone, already in Hong Kong and able to process paperwork, to join our family in the Gold Coast area in July. 

Main duties include: child care, dog walking, housekeeping, washing & ironing, occasional cooking or meal preparation, sometimes picking up/dropping off kids at the school bus, taking kids to playdates/sports/activities when we are not available.

Both kids are in full day school and take a school bus from our clubhouse. 

We are looking for someone who is calm, easy going, neat and tidy, honest, able to work without supervision and has a proactive and positive attitude who is looking for long term position.

We live near plenty of hiking trails and beaches. So someone who enjoys the outdoors would fit in well.

Being able to swim is preferable,as we live near beaches and have access to a swimming pool.
