Looking for a helper taking care of a kid with special needs

Hi
I am looking for a helper who can mainly take care of a kid with ASD.  The kid doesn’t talk much, and he goes to a full-time school. Other responsibility is daily housework’s, including washing clothes, ironing clothes, mopping floor, and cooking for kid only.  The previous helper has left so I am expecting a helper who can work immediately.

Can I know when will you be available? 

Also, will you need to go to back to your country first before starting a new contract?
