Look after my mom 79 years old

Need helper to look after my 79 years old mom lives by herself.  Currently, she can walk, cook, take a shower, by herself.  Use a wheelchair for going out for a long walk.  Housekeeping, cooking, etc.  I come over to see her daily so making dinner for me and mom.  a couple of days a week she stays over my place so the helper will accompany her and do the cooking for us at my place and maybe slight housekeeping.
