American Chinese family looking for helper

Our family mainly consists of an American Chinese couple who are expecting a baby in a few months. The wife’s parents are also staying in the apartment at the moment. All four adults work. Main responsibilities for the helper include 1) household cleaning & laundry 2) cooking (2-3 times a week only) 3) car wash (simple car wash once a week). We are looking for a helper who is independent and who is able to help keep the apartment clean and organized without too much oversight. Cooking is expected to be simple food whenever someone eats at home. We do not expect the helper to take care of the expected baby; however, we can discuss if the helper would like to.
