British Chinese family looking for helper

We are a family of three, including one seven month old baby boy, looking for a domestic helper to help primarily take care of household chores, such as cleaning, cooking, car washing and the occasional grocery shopping. Basic cooking skills are a must and excellent cook skills is a bonus. We will provide training and guidance to (Chinese and Western) cooking if needed. As a couple, we are quite hands-on with childcare so full-time childcare will not be expected, but experience with young children is needed, so she can assist us when needed and begin getting involved later on. No overnight childcare and feeding is expected from the helper as she will sleep in a separate section of the house (see below). Our home a 700sqft flat within a larger house and while the helper’s responsibility will be within our flat, she will live upstairs in a spare floor of the house, in a room shared with our family’s helper (she works for our parents and will have different responsibilities), and will have access to separate helpers’ bathroom. We are looking for a helper who is well-mannered, patient with children, organised and maintains good hygiene standards. She will able to manage her own time for routine duties, but is also willing to learn and follow specific instructions on anything that is new to her. Rest day usually falls on a Sunday, but we would like some flexibility to rearrange this occasionally.
