I’m not looking for a full-time nanny, I’m a very hands-on mum. The priority for me is someone strong in household management, including cleaning, organising, laundry, and keeping the home running smoothly.

A key part of the role is also cooking. We’re a family that really values good food, so I’m looking for someone who is a confident cook and open to learning and recreating our meals over time.

She should also be comfortable with young children and able to support when needed, for example with bath time, bedtime, or occasionally staying with them in the evening. However, the children are primarily my responsibility, so it’s important she supports rather than takes over.

Overall, I’m looking for someone who can really become my right-hand in the home, someone proactive, organised, and able to take initiative so I don’t have to manage everything myself. I would ideally prefer someone in their mid-30s to early 40s.
