Chinese family looking for helper

I have a daughter who will be turning 2.5 years old by year end. Prefer the helper to have adequate language capabilities and can cook. We prefer the apartment to be kept clean. As a helper pls also expect to take the girl down to play in the playground or pick her up and drop her off in schools.
