Chinese family looking for helper (driving is a plus)

Hello! We are a couple with a 6-year-old girl and a 3-year-old baby. We already have one helper and are looking for another helper to do house keeping, cooking and childcare. We treat our helper fairly, in a happy, supportive environment. Our place is in Fortress Hill, 1500sqf with an en-suite helper room. The two helpers will share the room. We have grandparents on weekdays after school. Sometimes, we have a grandparent living with us.

Job Description:

1. Take care of two kids's school routines, extracurricular activities and play dates. The candidate should be patient, careful, focused, having good attitude, speaking good English, someone who loves children and are experienced in childcare. Tasks include and not limited to reading books, tutoring simple kindergarten and lower primary school homework, organising play and learning activities at home after school, playing with them, accompanying children to extracurricular activities and accompanying/host play dates.

2. Do housework, including cleaning the house, ironing, laundry and cooking. Careful and pay attention to details.

 

Requirements:

1. Have experience taking care of young children and love to take care of young children.

2. Honest, diligent, clean, patient, careful, positive, good attitude and fast learning.

3. Good English.

4. Have at least finished one contract and extended the contract once. I.e. worked with the same employer at least 4 years.

5. Team player: can work well and get along well with a co-worker. 

7. Overseas or HK finish contract

9. Prior experience as a teacher is a plus

10. Driving skill is a plus, if you have HK driving license and driving experience, can serve as a driver. We can offer driver's compensation.
