Job Requirement

Job Description

The helper should begin the day at 6:30 AM by quietly getting up to avoid disturbing the employer. The morning duties include cleaning the house, mopping the floor, wiping the countertops, preparing breakfast for the employer, and getting the ingredients ready for both the baby’s breakfast and lunch.

At 8:00 AM, once the baby wakes up, give milk, change the diaper, play with the baby, and offer some warm water. Then, clean the baby’s face and neck, apply facial cream, clean the mouth, and provide vitamins or any necessary supplements.

By 9:30 AM, it’s time for breakfast. The meal should consist of one meat dish, three vegetables, and one staple food item.

At 10:30 AM, either early education activities or outdoor time should be arranged. During this time, the baby can be given fruit and water. Please note that the baby must be accompanied by a family member during any outdoor activities.

At 11:30 AM, begin preparing lunch for both the family and the baby. Meals should be served separately, and the helper is required to use her own tableware.

At 1:00 PM, the baby should be fed lunch, and the helper can eat at the same time.

By 2:00 PM, it’s the baby’s nap time. The helper should gently soothe the baby to sleep.

After the baby has gone to sleep and the kitchen and dining area have been cleaned, the helper may take a rest starting around 2:30 PM.

At 4:30 PM, when the baby wakes up, offer milk, prepare for bathing, and afterward, engage in outdoor play or early education activities.

By 5:30 PM, start preparing dinner for both the family and the baby.

At 7:00 PM, feed the baby dinner. Outdoor time can be allowed again after the baby finishes eating.

At 8:00 PM, clean the kitchen and start the laundry.

By 10:00 PM, the baby should drink milk and go to sleep. It’s important to ensure the baby sleeps before 10 PM to maintain good energy for the next day.

At 10:30 PM, clean and disinfect toys, milk bottles, and complete any remaining household chores.

Important Notes and Hygiene Rules

When assembling bottles or preparing baby food, hands must be washed thoroughly. All parts of bottles and baby food bowls should be disassembled, cleaned thoroughly—especially in areas prone to dirt—and disinfected after every use. Bottle brushes should be disinfected every three days.

After returning from outdoors, the helper must first wash her hands with hand sanitizer, then clean the baby’s hands using baby-friendly handwash and wipe down the stroller.

The helper must follow the daily task list, but the exact timing can be adjusted depending on the baby’s sleep schedule. However, the tasks must not change. The baby’s care is always the top priority.

As the baby grows, their diet must gradually become more diverse. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should differ from each other. Before the baby turns two, meals must be prepared separately using minimal oil and salt.

The baby’s main play area must be cleaned daily with a designated cloth. Frequently touched surfaces must be wiped often to avoid dust buildup.

The helper must never take the baby outside alone or leave the house without notifying the employer. Under no circumstances is the helper allowed to enter the employer’s bedroom or study, nor bring the baby onto the balcony. Personal items belonging to the employer must not be used without permission.

Taking photos or videos of the baby is strictly prohibited unless authorized by the employer. Such content must never be shared with anyone except the baby’s parents.

The helper is not allowed to disclose any personal or household information to outsiders, whether casually or otherwise.

During working hours, especially when taking care of the baby, mobile phone use is not allowed unless there is an emergency. Phone calls, texting, or scrolling should be avoided during duty time.

Please note that surveillance cameras are installed in the kitchen, living room, and bedroom. The baby should only be taken into areas monitored by the cameras.
