Chinese family needs an effective and helpful maid

Hello, we are a Chinese family with 2 working adults and 1 nine-month old baby girl. We would like to find a diligent and hardworking maid, who can help us finish our daily house cleaning, cooking, and baby caring tasks. She should have experience in preparing baby's food, adult's food (especially Chinese dishes) or eager to learn these. Able to wake up at 7 am each day. She does not need to sleep with the baby, and can have own room. She needs to speak good English (at least can communicate), and pleasant. Salary is negotiable. We are nice people living in Olympic. We are more generous compared with HK local families, e.g., food should not be an issue if the helper needs to work efficiently. We provide enough food and good sleeping place.
