(PH Tagaytay / Cavite — House Helper + Childcare + Healthy Cooking Support) If you’re a house helper / yaya currently in Hong Kong and you’ve been thinking about coming home for good (or coming home to something stable), this may be for you. We’re a family in Tagaytay, Cavite looking for a trustworthy, kind, dependable helper to become part of our household long-term — treated with respect and like family, not “katulong culture.” Top priority: healthy meal support + household routine so our home runs smoothly (especially while I travel to the US for work). ✅ MAIN DUTIES (high-level) • Healthy meal support (priority #1) • Meal prep + kitchen support • Support lunch/dinner cooking routine with my wife (Mediterranean/heart-healthy meals; black rice, vegetables, clean protein) • Childcare support • Help with our toddler (1.5yr boy) • We are also expecting a new baby later this year, so newborn comfort is a plus • Household cleaning (daily maintenance) • Keep main areas tidy: sweep/mop, light bathroom upkeep, dusting • Some outdoor/lanai cleaning and light garden help • Laundry support (weekly rhythm) • Family has a laundry day — helper assists mainly with folding/organizing (and ironing for parents if needed) • Pet + animal care • Basic care for 2 dogs + support routine care/feeding for fish/pond • Evening kitchen reset is shared • Our teens help after dinner (helper leads the flow) — this is a team household, not a one-person burden ✅ WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR • Has real household experience (HK experience is a big plus) • Good initiative: sees what needs to be done without constant reminders • Calm, honest, consistent, non-drama • Can follow a routine (we’re building a “well-oiled machine” home) 📍 LOCATION Tagaytay, Cavite ( Close to the beach as well, expect fun family beach trips! ) 💰 COMPENSATION PH Province Competitive and fair — depends on experience and responsibilities.
