Working couple in a quiet village house looking for a helper

We are an expat, working couple looking for a dependable and reliable domestic helper with a pleasant attitude. We live in a quiet 2 floor village house in Tai Po in an estate easily accessible by public transport.  Since it is just the two of us, without any other family members (our daughter studies in America) or pets, the workload is relatively light.  

We are both working, so we want someone who is good at taking initiative and managing responsibilities on their own and can work without supervision. We would also like someone who has experience and interest in cooking both Chinese/Asian and Western food. Other duties include cleaning,  marketing, general housekeeping, laundry & ironing and car washing (once a week). 

We also have a small garden which we usually take care of ourselves. However if the applicant has a personal interest in gardening, she is more than welcome to join us.
