Family with 3 members is looking for helper

We are seeking a helper aged 30-45, fluent in English communication. The ideal candidate should be in good physical and hygiene status, with no significant financial burdens or debts. A cheerful personality and excellent communication skills are preferred, along with experience in toddler care and a comfort with cats, enjoying their company. Our family consists of two working adults, a 4-year-old boy, and two cats. Responsibilities include caring for the boy—school and activity pick-up/drop-off, bathing, laundry, and quality companionship—plus feeding the cats twice daily, cleaning litter boxes twice daily, and handling waste disposal. We also expect the helper to prepare breakfast and dinner (must be able to cook Chinese meals), general housework, ironing, receiving deliveries, and washing the car once a month.
