About Our Family:

We are a peaceful, female-only household looking for a responsible, caring, and highly organized helper to join us.

Family Size: 3 members (Female employer, my 1.5-year-old daughter, and my mother).

Family Dynamic: My mother is fully independent, healthy, and will assist with light household chores. We are a reasonable and caring family providing a very safe and comfortable working environment.

Main Responsibilities:

Childcare (Primary Focus): Attentive and loving care for my 1.5-year-old daughter. Prioritizing her safety, development, and daily routines.

Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean, tidy, and well-organized home. High hygiene standards are strictly required.

Cooking & Marketing: Grocery shopping and preparing daily meals for the family.

Key Requirements:

Age: Under 40 years old.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree is highly preferred.

Personality: Loving, patient, detail-oriented, and proactive with a positive attitude.

Hygiene: Must have excellent personal hygiene and meticulous cleaning habits.

Day Off: Must be willing to take Non-Sunday days off (weekdays).

Reference & Background Check: Strong preference for candidates who can provide a reference letter from their previous employer. Shortlisted candidates must agree to allow us to contact their previous employer for a background and reference check.

Interview: Must be currently available for a face-to-face interview at our home. (Please do not apply if you cannot attend an in-person interview).

What We Offer:

Salary: HKD 6,000 base salary + Performance Bonus.

Negotiable: Base salary is negotiable for exceptionally qualified candidates based on experience and interview performance.
