HK Employer - Kids Lover Helper (Co-working Role)

We are a warm Hong Kong family of seven, including four adults and three young kids, looking for a helper who loves children to join our household.

The two elderly residents are fully independent and require no care.You will be working alongside our currently employed helper, so strong teamwork and the ability to split daily duties smoothly are essential.

Your main responsibilities will focus on engaging with the three kids by playing and reading with them, handling school runs, and sharing standard housework like daily cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and marketing. You may need to sleep with co-worker or kids in the same room.

We treat our helpers as friends and family members rather than underlings, and we offer a highly respectful, kind, and supportive working environment.

Finished contract or relocated employer candidates are preferred. If you are someone who prefers to work on your rest days for extra allowance and compensation, we would love to hear from you.
