HK family looking for second helper

Hi, we are a HK Chinese family with 2 girls aged 6 and 3. We currently have a Filipino helper who has been with us since 2018. We are looking for a trustworthy partner to join her in caring for our family. 

Key responsibility will be housework and cooking, and taking kids to and from classes. We will provide shared accommodation with our existing helper.

We will offer at least 5% salary increase after 3 months of satisfactory employment.

The ideal candidate should have:

• At least one credible reference letter from a past employer;
• High fluency in English (language at home is predominantly English);
• Openness to communicate, willingness to provide and receive feedback objectively without taking it personally.
