Indian family of 3 looking for a caring helper

We are looking for a live in helper. We have a 14 month old child

1. We need a helper who has experience in managing young active kids

2. We prefer they are willing to stay with our family for long term (atleast 4 year)

3. No drinking, smoking and absolutely clean record and good reccomendation

4. College Graduates or University Degree Holders. Helpers with degrees (often in Education, Nursing, or Hospitality)

5. Clear English pronunciation

6. Documentation skills, and cognitive framework needed for early childhood tutoring and developmental play e.g. time management, guiding young child

7. Additional certifications in child or household chores is a big plus
