About Our Family

• Location: Happy Valley

• Family Size: 2 Adults + 1 Newborn (Arriving Soon!)

• Work Environment: Both adults mostly work from home, so we are around to support and spend time with our baby.

• Pets: 2 friendly, medium-sized rescue dogs (Black Mongrels). Must genuinely love animals!

Main Responsibilities

• Baby Care: Assist in caring for our newborn with extreme patience, gentleness, and attentiveness.

• Pet Care: Feed, walk, and care for our 2 dogs.

• Housekeeping & Cooking: General cleaning, laundry, home maintenance, and simple daily meal prep (basic Chinese and Western dishes, baby food in the future).

Requirements & Experience

• Current Status: In Hong Kong (Finished contract or Relocation due to employer leaving HK).

• Experience:

  • Proven experience with newborns and dogs.

  • Prior experience working with a Chinese family (good understanding of Chinese family dynamics/culture).

• References: Must provide a reference letter or direct contact details for a quick reference check with a former employer.

• Languages: Good spoken English + basic Cantonese (needed for occasional communication with elders/in-laws).

• Personality: Proactive, clean, patient, eager to learn, and adaptable to our family routine.

Benefits & Contract Details

• Start Date: Anytime after September 15 (negotiable).

• Day Off: Saturday or Sunday.

• Salary: Competitive salary (negotiable based on experience) + F&B provided.

• Interviews: Held on weekends (Saturday/Sunday) in Happy Valley.
