Looking for helper who likes to hangout with young kids

We are a family with two young boys aged 7 and 9. We are hoping to find a helper to join our family to help take care of the general housekeeping and to help take care of our boys and to help with their school work when needed. You will have your own separate room and bathroom so that you can enjoy your own privacy. We treat our helper as a family member and would love to find a helper that would enjoy spending time going to places, eating out, movie and outdoor activities. We are very open minded and easy going, but the right candidate has to be able to manage her own work and speak fluent English.
