Looking for someone who can treat us like family

We are are westernized family looking for a 2nd helper to do mainly child care work. We hope to find someone who is hard working, and can love our children. We treat all our helpers like family members and hope they treat us the same with love and care.  

We have 2 children and a dog. Right now we have already a helper and she is very friendly.
