Motivated and hardworking domestic helper

We're looking for a domestic helper that is self-motivated, eager to learn, good listener, and follow the schedule. We don't mind mistakes, as long as the helper can learn from it. We're also expecting helper to ask when the instruction is not clear. We would like to work together to build the trust and want us to treat each other as family.
