Nanny / Educator & Helper Wanted

We are a friendly and busy family in our early 40s, both my wife and I work full-time. We were both educated abroad, and we place high value on education, communication, and creating a harmonious home environment. We currently have a hardworking and friendly helper managing our general household chores, but we are seeking a second helper to join our team. We are looking for someone to take on a prominent role in childcare, early childhood education, as well as share household chores. We take a lot of care in selecting our helper because we want her to have an important role in the development of our children. We plan on providing educational / training opportunies for the helper and opportunities to gain certificates in Montessori education and positive discipline, so that she can gradually become a childhood educator and hopefully that will benefit her as much it benefits our children.

To ensure a perfect fit for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

Experience: A minimum of 6 years of working experience in Hong Kong, including at least 4 years with a single employer (stable work history is highly valued).

Education: A university degree.

Language: Above-average English fluency to effectively interact and communicate with our children.

Personality: Stable, patient, cheerful, and genuinely passionate about child development.

Food: You will enjoy meals with the family, and we will also provide a half food allowance.

Accommodation: You will have your own private sleeping room.

Rest Days: Off-days will be coordinated, currently we are planning for the off-day to be Sunday, but flexibility with an alternating schedule may be required in the future.

Start Date: As soon as possible; however, we are open to waiting for the right candidate.
