Need a replacement (30 years service of current helper)

We are a kind & matured Chinese couple living with a 4-year-old friendly & gentle dog (Golden Retriever) in Prince Edward, Kowloon.

Our Filipino helper aged 69 is going home for retirement after 30 years of service. We need a replacement who is :

1) reliable, honest, trustworthy & cheerful in personality

2) proactive attitude (initiative) --- can spot tasks that need doing without waiting for step-by-step directions every time.

3) a dog lover, preferably with pet care experience

3) well organized with clothes /wardrobe and living spaces

4) keep the house neat & clean (deep-cleaning in kitchen & bathrooms)

Priority will be given to those who can take day-off on weekdays but Sundays can be arranged occasionally.
