Job Description
We are a Taiwanese American family of 3, young boy at 3.5 years old, both parents work full time.
Looking for a second helper to watch the toddler, do housework, cleaning, cooking. The baby goes to pre-nursery school now for half day.
We have a current helper who worked with us for a year. The 2nd helper needs to be able to work together with someone else.
Our apartment is 1200 sqft, in Sai Ying Pun. Helper will get her own shared room with a bunker bed. Helper room has bathroom and AC.
The helper will get alternative Sat/Sunday off.
Our house work is light, we give generous performance bonus on top of base salary (typically a full one month of base salary as year end bonus), also generous cash tips on CNY, Christmas and birthdays.
