Taiwanese American Family Looking For a helper

Hi we are a Taiwanese American family that are looking for a second helper with experience with young toddlers. Our family have total 4 people, my husband and I and 2 kids (2 and 3.5 year old). We are looking for someone who can work with our first helper (she is very nice and willing to work with others). The main job tasks would be doing chores around the house and take care of my younger kid ( minimum cooking skill is fine). We live at mid-levels (1700 sq ft).
