Western couple looking for a housekeeper/cook

We are an active, healthy professional couple living in Midlevels, Hong Kong, we have no children, no pets and no dietary requirements.We are 17 years in Hong Kong, we have had two housekeepers in that time; our most recent housekeeper was with us for approx 10 years and has just retired. We are now looking for a reliable, trustworthy person to join our home.We are seeking a mature housekeeper/cook with a passion for her work, someone with common sense, who can communicate clearly, cook well and manage their time and household duties independently. You will be on your own for most of the day, so you must be organised, proactive and able to look after our home as if it were your own. A strong understanding of household care, cleanliness and day to day running of the home is essential.Hygiene, both personal and within the household is very important to us. You must be fluent in English (spoken, written and reading); knowledge of Cantonese or Mandarin would be an advantage but not required.If you are interested in learning new things and like a stable, caring and drama free environment, then please send us your resume and clearly indicate your education level (e.g. training courses undertaken, secondary, high school or university), as well as your pervious housekeeping and cooking experience. Transparency and honesty here is essential, we are not looking for someone perfect.
