Western family looking for second helper

Hello, We are an Australian family seeking an additional domestic helper to support our household. We are the parents of two young children aged 4 and 3 and are in need of a second helper to assist in managing our household as mum is going back to work. We are looking for a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience and able to speak excellent English. We highly value the ability to take initiative, work independently, and efficiently manage the household. Someone with an energetic personaltity and love children. We have a daughter and a son. We are looking for someone that can work with our current Aunty as a team. The duties will be divided. The work schedule includes alternating days off, either Saturday or Sunday.
