Western family with 1 year old in mid-levels

**Looking for a reliable, honest and caring helper to join our family of 3.**

- We are a western family in mid-levels, with a 1 year old baby and a well trained dog.

- We pay above minimum with 1 paid trip back to the Philippines per year. We also offer all HK public holidays.

- We are kind and responsible employers, and we will always treat you with fairness and respect.

Top priorities in the role:

1.) Primary: taking excellent care of our baby (see required qualities below).

2.) Primary: buying and cooking healthy food - western style, and ability to follow recipes.

3.) Secondary: dog care and walking.

4.) Secondary: cleaning, laundry, ironing.

Key qualities required:

1.) Must truly love kids. Must be genuinely kind, empathetic and patient at all times when working with toddlers/kids. Enjoys playing games, singing songs, and teaching.

2.) Safety conscious and strong attention to detail/focus. Respects our wishes and is able to follow detailed instructions. This includes no phone usage during working hours except lunch break.

3.) Has good judgement in unexpected or difficult situations.

4.) Strong communication skills. Speaks up when there are challenges or questions so we can help.

5.) Trustworthy and honest. Professional. No drama, just gets on with the job.

6.) Must be a kind and positive person, with good attitude and work ethic. Flexible and adaptable.

Other points to note:

- Positive reference from previous employer is required.

- No break contracts or terminations (except relocation or financial), and must already be in HK.

- We are flexible on day off.

- You may be working alongside another helper if we decide to have a second child, who will help you share the load.
