Company employee

I live in a small apartment and have two children, a six-year-old boy and a nine-year-old girl. I'm looking for a woman to teach my children English and spend time with them to help them develop their skills, which is the most important thing. She should also help with cleaning, tidying, and keeping the house clean, and be able to cook as well.
