Looking for babysitter / houseworker

We have a small family of husband, wife and two kids >1 baby girl and a 4 yo boy. 

Mom is working 5 days a week and the kids need someone to watch them only when mom is away, no need to sleep next to them and no need to watch when mom is available

But the worker must know how to handle babies, know or willing to learn first aid , and the main requirement is to be good , patient and kind with kids

An important rule is good manners, respect and behavior. I like open talk when ever the worker face any difficulties to help each other.

It is important for me that the worker feels like home and enjoy working with us.

The worker must agree on all house rules which include ( no phone using while working, taking pictures of the house or of the family members is not allowed, and so on)

There will be an extra money and rewards whenever there is extra work.

The house is small but there are daily, weekly and monthly chores. 

The baby sitting is only for a few hours daily expect weekends not much baby sitting. 
 

The worker's essential needs will be provided encluding (oral and body hygiene, uniforms and needed clothes, beddings, food and so on)
