  • can speak and write well in English

  • can cook Western dishes and follow recipes

  • knows Hong Kong markets

  • can iron well

  • is great with children (we have two)

  • likes dogs (we have a big one)

  • is happy to work with another (Sri Lankan) helper

  • can provide references
