Chinese family looking for helpers

Handled all household chores including daily cleaning, cooking and caring for a 4 year old boy. Family of 3, 1800 sq. ft. apartment. Good helper living environment.

Time needed: early August. Open to Overseas and Transfer Assistants.

Helper request:

1. Under 40 years old, in good health, good attitude, hard-working, responsible, able to abide by family rules and guidance, honest, kind, flexible
2. Ability to multitask, good at time management, able to manage children's extracurricular activities
3. Likes to cook and is good at cooking, can cook Chinese and Asian dishes
4. Previous experience in raising children, especially boys; loves children and is good at taking care of them
5. With good hygiene and attention to detail, one can do a good job of cleaning and organizing the house, folding, ironing and hand washing delicates
