Looking for an experienced helper to join our family

We are a loving, respectful household looking for a trustworthy, energetic, and highly independent helper/nanny to join our team. I am a single working mother who travels frequently, so I am looking for a reliable "self-starter" who can manage my home and care for my active toddler (turning 3 in September) smoothly.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

• Toddler Experience: Must have a proven, verifiable track record caring for toddlers (ages 2–4). Experience with Chinese households is a big plus.

• Active Play & Zero Screen Time: Must truly love outdoor play, running around, and closely supervising my daughter at the playground. Strictly no screen time allowed.

• Social & Outgoing: Confident in chatting with other moms and helpers to organize fun playdates and social activities.

• Independent Chore Management: A self-starter who balances household cleaning and quality childcare seamlessly without needing to be micromanaged.

• Cleanliness & Food Safety: Meticulous kitchen hygiene, proper food storage, and fresh meal preparation.

• Good Cooking Skills: Capable of cooking healthy, fresh meals and fully comfortable following new written recipes or cooking videos.

• Flexible to Travel & Work: Ready to travel on international flights with us, adapt to shifting routines, and work on weekends when business commitments arise.

• Great Communication: Open to constructive feedback and comfortable communicating back openly.
