Job Seeking: Experienced & Organized Domestic Helper

We are a structured and respectful family of four (2 adults and 2 primary school-aged boys) living in a 4-bedroom apartment. We are looking for a disciplined, independent, and highly organized helper who takes pride in maintaining a high standard of home management.

Main Responsibilities

• High-Standard Housekeeping: Maintain a clean, tidy, and systematically organized home (Top Priority).

• Laundry & Wardrobe: Full management of laundry, professional ironing, and neat wardrobe organization.

• Cooking: Prepare daily home-style Asian meals; maintain a spotless and organized kitchen.

• Child Support: Assist with school routines and logistics for two primary school boys.

What We Offer

• Salary: SGD 900 / month.

• Rest Days: 2 Sundays per month.

• Compensation: Extra pay provided for working on rest days or public holidays.

Non-Negotiable Requirements

• Proven Track Record: Must have completed at least 2 full contracts (4 years) with a single employer.

• Autonomy: Able to manage the household independently without needing constant instructions.

• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail in cleaning and confident daily cooking abilities.

• Character: Must be honest, reliable, disciplined, and systematic in your work routine.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous childcare experience.

• Comfortable communicating in Bahasa with the children.

This role is best suited for a professional who enjoys structure and routine. We are looking for a "manager of the home" rather than someone who requires frequent supervision.
