Family looking for leader

We are a small family of 3, me, my wife and our 2-year-old daughter. We are looking for someone experienced and mature who can take the lead at home and knows what needs to be done without us having to keep giving instructions.

Someone who takes initiative, can manage the house well, plan ahead and is confident enough to communicate with us if there are any issues. Most importantly, must be patient and good with our daughter.

We are quite easy going and we treat our helper well. Just looking for the right person who can work well with our family long term.
