Friendly family looking for good personality helper

We are a friendly Chinese family with 3 young children (ages 4, 2 and 1 more due in Sep) looking for a helper with good personality to join us. Cooking experience is preferred (or be able to follow recipes independently). We will also need some help with child-minding when the 2 older kids come back from childcare. The new helper also need to be willing to work with another helper (which also means housework is shared!) Due to the young family profile, we currently offer 2 Sundays off a month (alternate Sunday off with other helper). The helper will have wifi access and does not need to share room with the existing helper. We are looking at December with 1 month flexibility for start date.
