Helper with experience with yound children

We are a family of 2 adults and 2 kids (ages 2 and 4). We are looking for a helper to manage such duties:

• Cooking: preparing nutritious meals
• Childcare: drop off and pickup (kids are in preschool full time Mon-Fri), taking care of children's needs
• Housework: cleaning , laundry, etc

We have the option of a helper rooming with kids or in the living room (we don't use it at night). We are in the midst of searching for a new home with a helper's room, although timeline on that in uncertain.
