In search of a house keeper

Our helper of 10 years is leaving us to start her own business at home.  We r looking for another to take over her position.  We live in a landed property.  Your main job scope is to do housekeeping, laundry, marketing and cooking, weekly car washing.   We are looking for someone trustworthy, able to work on their own, good attitude and receptive to communication.  You will have your own room and a separate bathroom to use.
