Indian American family looking for a second helper

We are an Indian American family seeking a dedicated and loving second helper to join our household. Our family consists of two adults and two children , girls aged 1year months and 7 years. The first helper is responsible for all nanny duties for the baby.

We are ideally looking for someone who is passionate about cooking, cleaning, organizing, and childcare. We value a person who truly loves their work and goes the extra mile without needing to be asked. A self-starter who can take initiative and complete tasks independently is essential, as we prefer not to repeat requests or micromanage.

The second helper will also be responsible for providing afterschool childcare for our 7-year-old, which includes engaging in activities and games to ensure our child's well-being.

Additional responsibilities will include:

• Cooking and meal planning for the week
• Cleaning and maintaining overall household cleanliness and hygiene
• Marketing for groceries
• Ironing and laundry

Maintaining good hygiene and keeping the kitchen and house clean is of utmost importance to us. We are looking for someone who is efficient with their time and can manage household tasks with minimal supervision.

Please refrain from applying if you tend to use your phone during work hours, as we believe phone usage should be limited to emergencies only. Personal phone use should only occur during breaks and after work hours.

• Please note that we do not provide public holidays off, so we kindly ask that you do not apply if you require these days off.
